Q. What if you have forgot your password ?

A- You can click on the 'Forget Password' link and the password will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Q. How to a new add album ?

A - You need to click on the 'ADD ALBUM' option in the top bar of the window.

Q. What is request DM ?

A - You need to click on the 'REQUEST DM' option in the top bar of the window.

Q. How to search your albums ?

A - You need to click on the 'SEARCH' option in the top bar of the window and enter the name of an existing album in order to search your albums.

Q. How to reset password of an album ?

A - Select 'Album Info' of the album, you want to reset password of.

In Album Details select 'Reset Passwords' . The new passwords will be sent on your registered mobile number.

Q. How to open your album in browser ?

A - Go to ‘Album Info’, click on ‘Open URL in Browser’.

Q. How to open your album in your computer?

A – Click on ‘Album Info’, click on ‘Open Local Folder’.

Q. How to set rate of your soft copy download ?

A – While adding Album, there is a Section of ‘Set Soft Copy Download Rate’. Set your desired rate in the below label ‘Rate’.

Q. How to check selected photos from client ?

A – Click on the respective Album row under the Export Column for which the Client has finalized the Selection.

Q. How to add/remove watermark ?

A – While adding an Album, type in the desired name for your watermark in the box beside the Watermark label.

Q. How to upload photos that are to be displayed on Homepage Slider of the Website ?

A – While adding the respective Album, tick the checkbox of ‘Special Album for Website’. Also, select ‘Home’ from the Dropdown Menu.

Q. How to upload high res photos ?

A – Tick the checkbox ‘High Res’ in the section ‘Set Print Rates For this Album’. [ Note : The images will be uploaded in high resolution only if the uploaded image is in high resolution already ]

Q. Why are my photos not getting uploaded ?

A – There might be a problem with your Internet Connection, try uploading again. If further problems are faced, call our customer support.

Q. How to add more photos in an existing album ?

A – Click ‘Upload again’ of the selected Album, then click ‘YES’ on the pop-up prompt.

Q. How to set print rates for an Album ?

A – In the ‘Set Print Rates for this Album’ section, set the desired print rates for the varied sizes.

Q. How to edit print and soft copy rates ?

A – Click on ‘Album Info’, then click on ‘Edit Album’. Now, you can edit the Print and Soft Copy rates.

Q. How to delete an album ?

A – Select the desired Album you would want to delete, press DELETE.

Q. What is selection password and print password ?

A – Selection password is given to the Client to select the desired images that the Client would want in the Album. Print password are given to people other than client for them to get their photos printed.

Q. What are users?

A – These are all the people who have requested a print or soft copies of the Album you have uploaded.

Q. What if I am not getting selection and print password for the album I uploaded ?

A – Please call our customer support.

Q. What if I am not getting the password for the flipbook I requested ?

A - Please call our customer support.

Q. How to add my Portfolio images ?

A – While adding an Album, tick on the checkbox ‘Special Album for Website’. Now, from the dropdown menu, select ‘PORTFOLIO’.

Q. What will be the print size of my album ?

A – The print size of your album will be 12’’ by 36’’

Q. What will happen if I upload compressed images ?

A – You will get back the selected images by your client in the size you initially have uploaded your images.

Q. What if I upload images of reduced size for selection process ?

A – We use images of resolution of 800pixels by 600pixels for your Client’s selection process. You will get back the selected images in the resolution you have uploaded those images.
